1. About VSK Siva Contractors

VSK Siva Contractors ("we", "us", "our") provides open well digging, ring well construction, farm pond excavation, agricultural well, earth work and well-restoration services across Tamil Nadu and parts of Karnataka. This page sets out the terms that govern your use of our website https://vsksiva.in and any engagement with our services.

2. Free site visits and quotations

We offer free site visits across our service area. Quotations are issued in writing after a site assessment and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We do not charge a survey fee for sites within Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, Mysore or Mangalore districts.

3. Project scope

Each project is governed by a separate written agreement that specifies depth, diameter, materials, equipment, timeline, payment milestones and warranty terms. Information on this website is for reference and does not constitute a contract.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the quotation stage and typically follow milestone-based payments tied to project progress. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.

5. Warranty

We warrant the structural integrity of our work for a period stated in the project agreement (typically 12 months). Water yield is not guaranteed because it depends on local groundwater conditions, but we conduct hydrogeological assessment before digging to maximise chance of yield.

6. Government subsidies

Where applicable, we assist with paperwork for state and central subsidy schemes (MGNREGA, PMKSY, state agricultural department schemes). We do not control subsidy disbursement which is at the discretion of government authorities.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, force-majeure events, or work performed by third parties.
